I love my clients, I would be nothing without them. It is interesting (and frustrating) to see how Yelp removes the majority of reviews if you don't pay for their advertising. Highly recommended! Kusuma (or Lita, which is her nickname), the owner and sole massage therapist, is terrific. She is friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, thorough, dedicated, and pays great attention to detail.

I have been going to Kusuma (also known by her nickname Lita) for a couple of years now. She used to work at a different location, but I was thrilled to learn that she opened her own independent business at a new private location.
I try to get massages frequently and have been to numerous fancy and not-so-fancy day spas. I have also tried independent massage therapists. Lita remains the very best! The only reason why I would even consider going somewhere else is if she was completely booked up and there was no way for me to get on her schedule that week.
Service:
Lita is a truly amazing therapist, she listens to your needs and determines what is best for your body. She is the only person that has been able to help me with back and neck pain, while melting the stress away. Her knowledge of the massage craft, the Thai stretching, the accuracy and precision in her movements and her dedication to improving the client's well-being, are all contributing factors to her uniqueness as a massage therapist. She WANTS you to feel better.
Ambience:
As for the actual practice space, it's very cute with a nice spacious waiting room, where you can relax with a book or a magazine. Usually, smaller practices don't have this feature, but I was pleasantly surprised to feel the ambiance resembling that of a day spa, rather than just a massage office. I must add that there are no jacuzzis, saunas or fountains here. However, if you are looking for a top-of-the line massage, rather than the bells and whistles of fancy spas and mediocre service, this is the place for you!

Booking your massage appointment is very easy through the Yin Dee Thai Massage website. I could easily see the available days and time slots and got a confirmation within minutes of completing my booking. So, if you don't like sitting on hold when calling to schedule a massage and want to see the pricing and available treatments in one place, you'll love this feature.

Lita (known also as Kusuma for her business) is AMAZING and by far the best massage therapist I could ever hope to come across! She is highly skilled and experienced not to mention how wonderfully sweet she is. I love the combination of stretching, Thai massage, Swedish massage and craniosacral that she somehow beautifully blends together and customizes for each client. She is truly exceptional.

I have been seeing Lita for a couple of years and I love her massages! I exercise several times a week and after I have a massage from Lita my body feels so much better. She will do Thai massage or traditional type massages depending what I need that particular week. After her massages my body can totally relax and I feel 100% better. I highly recommend her.

Before going to Lita, I had not been a big fan of massage. The cost and pain of previous massages with little or sometimes adverse effects wasn't worth it for me. FORTUNATELY, on a mutual acquaintance's recommendation, I began to see Lita about 4 years ago for chronic migraines.
She was polite, professional and very conscientious about my health needs. I'm a mature woman and perhaps that's why the first sessions were effective but gentle, then progressively more vigorous over time. After my first 2 hour massage/craneo-spinal left me so relaxed I had to hold on to the guard rail to walk down her steps (previous site).
I see her twice a month to help manage the number of migraines I get. I used to get 18-20 per month! I now average 4 per month, which for we chronic sufferers is like nothing at all. Heaven! Lita's craneo-spinal massage and stretching have helped to reduce the dosage of migraine medication I need as well.
I consider Lita's massage an investment in my health. She is amazing!

I met Lita a couple of years ago at the gym. I was very excited to hear that she was opening her own practice close to where I live.
Let me forewarn you that if you want all of your knots and aches "healed" her massage will hurt. I had sciatica and once Lita performed her magic it went away. This may not work for everyone but is sure did for me. I am workout warrior and I couldn't believe how much her massages have helped me. I see her once a month on average and if I skip a month I pay for it when I return.
If you go to Orangetheory or Barry's boot camp you need her massages! Your calves, thighs, neck and shoulders will thank you!
She's one of a kind! Make massage a part of your healthy living routine.

Getting a massage here is going to be like eating Italian food from the best local restaurant in Italy. You realize how you haven't had the real thing until you experience it. Yin Dee shows unbelievable concern for your well-being and health and her hands are magic. Getting a massage from her will most likely be the best decision you make for yourself that day.
Do yourself a favor and just try her one time. It will do better justice than any words I can say. One note about her address. It's actually Building #2, not the address 2 Crow Canyon Ct. and is the first group of buildings on the right-hand side.

Lita is a fantastic body worker. I see her as an energetic healer who uses a variety of massage therapies and cranial sacral therapy to heal you. She works on you in stages and is quite methodical in her approach. She'll begin with massage to relax and loosen the body. She is also setting you up to increase your chi flow. Once you are ready, she'll go deeper and she'll use cranial sacral to further align the body and run energy throughout your body. She really cares about you and gives it her all to alleviate any pain, blockages, stress or whatever it is that is inhibiting your well being. She is artistic and very intuitive in her approach as she is able to see and feel what you need. She is a genuine healer.

I had another fabulous massage from Yin Dee Thai Massage yesterday. I started seeing her for frozen shoulder about two years ago. She helped heal that and I have kept going monthly for overall body maintenance. The floor work improves your flexibility and she is an expert at finding knots and improving range of motion. Ending the session with cranial sacral massage gets you in a total state of relaxation. I slept for 2 hours after I got home. Her office is easy to get to right off 680 and Crow Canyon. She plays relaxing music and uses aromatherapy to create a comfortable environment in her private office setting.

I had another massage today. Kusuma is an amazing healing professional. I have continues to makes marked improvements in my stability and balance, my neck pain is markedly improved and the Cranial Sacrial therapy have significantly improved my anxiety and overall sense of calm and peace. I am very grateful that my Yin Yoga instructor referred me to Kusuma has exceeded my expectation to bring me improved health and healing from a number of long existing skeletal issues.
